This 2oz glass blue jar of magnesium lotion is sure to help you relax and sleep peacefully! Transdermal absorption of magnesium is known to help with more restful sleep, decrease stress levels, and help with aches and pains. 

For best results rub a small amount on the bottoms of feet before bed.
